The insatiable fascination of capturing visual scenes photographically is my driving force; isolating motifs in unusual scenes and composing them in the picture is my art.
As a painter I create and as a photographer I discover image compositions.
In photography I use the view of painterly color worlds, abstraction, light, shadows, artificial, organic-looking and geometric figures.
A visual language emerges, a structured arrangement of elements and color in the sense of a composition, such as the reflections on water surfaces with their infinite facets. I call this series "Where the light lives in the water."
And, the eternal fascination that I have for colors is reflected in the new series "COLOR, COLOR, COLOR".
The dramaturgy and at the same time the calming nature of the black and white images can be found in the new series: "COLOR IN ABSENCE".
The materials are of very high quality and carefully selected. I experimented for a long time and was able to achieve incredibly beautiful effects with different carrier plates and the high-quality pigment and metallic colors. Each of the works is unique.
Of course, all the pictures here are mine and no artificial intelligence was used.

Gold plays with us, it caresses and captivates our gaze, holds it and leads this glow deep into us. Just like the old spa house in Wiesbaden, which is bathing in a lake with ducks in the evening sun. Size 90x160cm.
Where the light lives in the water (The retreat of light) No 8 "ENJOI" High up in the north, with the Vikings, there is this very special glow, this light that, when the sun is low, paints its pictures in the warm brown earth of the Wadden Sea. "TURBUBENCE"
I was inspired to create this image in relation to the current turbulence in the world. A rearing up and swirling, full of energy, stormy. A similar phenomenon can also be found in the structure of water. Sometimes it is very calm, smooth and gentle and sometimes roaring and roaring, strong and invigorating. For this image I captured one of these movements photographically and was immediately fascinated by the beautiful and roaring representation. To represent it perfectly and impressively, I printed it with metal pigments on an aluminum support and covered it with a layer of acrylic glass.
